I have been in retail sales for over 30 years, and I believe that treating customers with respect and honesty still means something. I'm kinda old school, but I still believe in a good handshake, looking someone in the eyes, and doing what you say you're going to do means everything. The nice thing about a smaller dealership is you're not just a number — you're family.

I love living in a small town where how you operate your business will travel fast, so you can't just do it right once, but have to give 100% every time. If something's not right then try and make it right. Great customer service is almost completely gone and good customer service is hard to find.
